SwimStrongTriathlon.com: Scott has been mentored by two of the swimming worlds greatest coaches. Bob Bowman, coach of Michael Phelps and Murray Stephens founder of the North Baltimore Aquatic Club and coach of 4 US Olympians. During his tenure at NBAC Scott worked directly with Bob and Murray and climbed the ranks until 2010 he was named Associate Head Coach of NBAC which was ranked #1 in Club Excellence by USA Swimming. Scott represented the country 3 times as a National Junior Team coach. Scott earned the rank of American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) Level 5 Coach in 2005 at that time he was the Youngest in the country to achieve that distinction placing him in the top 1% of swim coaches world wide. Since then Scott has been named an ASCA Coach of Excellence 5 Times for placing swimmers in the finals of the National Championships.
